Take a Breath is an installation created by artist Karen Li. The piece is composed of hollow plaster balloons and light that allows the viewer to have a new artistic experience of breathing.

Through the patterns and textures on the castings, the artist aims to provoke reflection and appreciation for the mystery of life in the viewer. The light intensity changes, like the rhythm of breath and silent sound, allows viewers to enter an immersive experience that makes them feel relaxed and meditative, leading to slower breathing.

This installation art is an invitation to take a break from the chaos of the world, reconnect with oneself, and find beauty in daily life.
